ABERDEEN, UK --Norwegian contractor DOF Subsea has acquired Aberdeen-based subsea engineering company CSL.
DOF provides offshore survey, maintenance, construction support, and subsea engineering services. It owns a fleet of construction, ROV, and survey vessels. With CSL's project management capability, DOF now plans to enter the subsea IRM and light construction markets.
