Forest Gate, partners sign JOA for Celtic Sea

MONTREAL, Canada --Forest Gate Resources Inc. has signed a joint operating agreement with its Celtic Sea partners regarding drilling off southern Ireland for the Hook Head, Helvick, Ardmore, Dunmore, Rushane, and Blackrock prospects.
Drilling is expected to begin in Aug. 2007 at Hook head using the semisubmersiblePetrolia.
Other partners in the JOA include Challenger Minerals, Dyas B.V. Exploration & Production, and Atlantic Petroleum. Forest Gate acquired a 15% working interest from Providence Resources Plc.
