Gazprom offered more of Lugansky

STOCKHOLM, Sweden --Lundin Petroelum has signed an agreement with Gazprom concerning realignment of shares in the Lagansky exploration license in the northern Caspian Sea.
The call option allows Gazprom to acquire an additional 30% in the license in the Russian sector. This will leave Lundin with an indirect 50% minus 1%, if Gazprom exercises this option.
