Noble Denton to certify Thunder Hawk load-out, installation

HOUSTON --SBM Atlantia has contracted Noble Denton Marine Services Inc. (NDSMI) to carry out marine warranty for the Murphy-operated Thunder Hawk field development project.
NDMSI's scope of work includes the review and attendance of the FPU's hull and deck load-out, transport, offload, deck integration lift, tow to site and installation, plus hook-up of pre-installed SCRs.
The semisubmersible will be moored in the Gulf of Mexico in 1,800 m (5,906 ft) of water. Installation is scheduled to begin in April 2008.
