Offshore staff

PERTH, Australia -- Neptune Marine Services has secured its fourth repair project in the Gulf of Mexico, its third in partnership with US-based Cal Dive International Inc. The company has been contracted to deliver its NEPSYS welding technology on an offshore production platform.

"GoM remains an important and lucrative market for Neptune," says Christian Lange, Neptune's managing director. "There are over 5,000 fixed platforms in the Gulf and 78 offshore drilling rigs currently active in the region. This is potentially a huge repair and maintenance market and we have only just scratched the surface."
