PASCAGOULA, Mississippi -- Signal International Llc has completed the acquisition of Texas-based Buckley and Son Inc. The company will continue doing business under the name Buckley and Son.

"The addition of the Buckley and Son facility and its employees is a good fit for Signal," says Dick Marler, president and CEO of Signal International. "With this added resource we can better meet the growing demand for light fabrication to support the energy and transportation markets."

Buckley and Son is a steel fabrication and construction company providing services to the rail, petrochemical, and marine industries.
