ABERDEEN, UK -- BP has awarded HB Rentals a $1.46-million deal to deliver two high-specification living complexes in the Gulf of Mexico.
The first 56-bed modular living quarters comprises four 12-man sleeper units, two four-man sleeper and office cabins, a galley, diner, and two utility buildings with full fire and gas systems and air conditioning throughout.
The second 44-bed accommodation complex will be installed on a platform in the West Delta area. It features three 12-man sleeper units, galley, diner, two utility buildings and infrastructure including sewage treatment, water tanks and distribution pipework, electrical distribution panels and diesel tank, and a range of other hook-up items to ensure efficient installation on arrival offshore.
