Petrofac, ECG join to develop Equatorial Guinea projects

LONDON –Petrofac and Equatorial Consolidated Group Ltd. have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in developing oil and gas opportunities in Equatorial Guinea.
According to the memorandum, the companies will integrate to work in developing and modifying offshore and onshore facilities in the county.
