Jurong Shipyard acquires stake in Jurong Marine Engineering

SINGAPORE -- Jurong Shipyard has acquired a 70% stake in Shanghai Jurong Marine Engineering & Technology Co.
The net consideration for the equity is $241,729. Long-time business associate and Chinese partner, Zhao Weimin, will own the remaining 30% in the Shanghai yard.
