PERTH, Australia -- ConocoPhillips Australia has awarded the Clough AMEC joint venture a multi-million-dollar, 15-month extension to its operations and maintenance contract for the Bayu-Undan offshore development in the Timor Sea.
Clough AMEC will continue to service the production facilities at the Bayu-Undan gas and condensate field, which lies about 250 km (155 mi) south of Suai, Timor-Leste, and 500 km (311 mi) northwest of Darwin, Australia.
Clough AMEC will support this contract from offices in Perth and Darwin, a training centre in Dili, Timor-Leste, and through personnel based offshore.
