Germanischer Lloyd has acquired Advantica Holding from National Grid Plc.

HAMBURG, Germany -- Germanischer Lloyd has acquired Advantica Holding from National Grid Plc. According to the company, with this acquisition, Germanischer Lloyd will double its turnover in the oil and gas industry and strengthen its position in the UK, Middle East, and US markets.
