FMC opens subsea customer support center

HOUSTON -- FMC Technologies' new subsea customer support center is now fully operational. The new center is adjacent to the company's existing subsea facilities in northwest Houston.
The subsea customer support center includes approximately 55,000 sq ft (5,110 sq m) of equipment testing, mobilization, maintenance and refurbishment space, as well as high bay and gas test facilities. The complex will house dedicated project teams and a 24/7 rapid-response command center to support ongoing offshore installation, intervention, and de-completion services.
