Seadrill establishes independent well services company

Seadrill has established a separate entity for its well services activities.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Seadrill has established a separate entity for its well services activities. The new company is named Seawell Ltd. Jørgen Peter Rasmussen has been appointed chairman of the board and Alf Ragnar Løvdal has been named CEO of the new company.
