Marine Subsea, Dunlaw Engineering, Exsto enter marketing agreement

Marine Subsea Group AS, Dunlaw Engineering Ltd., Atworth and its mother company EXSTO sas have entered into a sales and marketing agreement for the offshore market.

Atworth, UK-- Marine Subsea Group AS, Dunlaw Engineering Ltd., Atworth and its mother company EXSTO sas have entered into a sales and marketing agreement for the offshore market.

The companies say they have complementary product ranges and under the agreement, will offer complete buoyancy and ancillary product packages to pipeline manufacturers and oilfield installers.

"For our customers in the offshore business, this agreement offers the possibility to contract for a global package, with our existing range of products (bend restrictors, bend stiffeners, VIVs strikes, SCIP for impact protection, protective sleeves, seals, markers, etc.) including the buoyancies expertise from Marine Subsea Group," says Christophe Torres, director of Dunlaw Engineering Ltd and general manager of Exsto sas.
