Anzon sells Indonesian assets

Anzon Energy has sold its shares in PT Binatek Reka Kruh (which holds the Kruh TAC in South Sumatra) and PT Indama Putera Kayapratama (which holds the Kaya TAC in South Sumatra) for $5.3 million.

SYDNEY, Australia -- Anzon Energy has sold its shares in PT Binatek Reka Kruh (which holds the Kruh TAC in South Sumatra) and PT Indama Putera Kayapratama (which holds the Kaya TAC in South Sumatra) for $5.3 million.

Currently, the company's only oil and gas asset is 53% equity interest in Anzon Australia.
