SeaBird acquires GeoBird in Dubai

SeaBird Exploration Ltd. has agreed to purchase GeoBird Management Middle East FZ Llc. for $2 million.

DUBAI, U.A.E. --SeaBird Exploration Ltd. has agreed to purchase GeoBird Management Middle East FZ Llc. for $2 million. GeoBird has conducted marine operations of the SeaBird vessels since 2003. The acquisition is effective immediately. Jan Eivind Fondal has been appointed president for SeaBird Exploration Dubai FZ Llc.
