SOLON, Ohio -- Swagelok Co. has acquired the shares of RHPS BV as part of its strategy to broaden the company’s offering of products and services for fluid system technology. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Netherlands-based RHPS is a manufacturer of pressure, regulator products used mostly in oil and gas, chemical/petrochemical, alternative fuels, semiconductor, and biopharmaceuticals.
