ABERDEEN, UK -- Expro has acquired Production Testers International, a well services business providing fasttrack production systems to the upstream oil and gas industry.
The Asia-based business primarily designs, installs, commissions, and operates production facilities and production optimization systems for oilfield developments.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next six weeks.
