MacDermid Offshore Solutions, Woodside Energy sign frame agreement

HOUSTON-- MacDermid Offshore Solutions has signed a frame agreement with Woodside Energy thereby consolidating its subsea production control fluids. The agreement is for a three-year period with an optional two-year period.
MacDermid Offshore Solutions provides products and services for the offshore oil industry. Woodside Energy is Australia’s largest publically traded oil and gas, and E&P company.
