    Freudenberg has agreed to acquire Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd., a manufacturer of specialized seals for the upstream oil and gas industry.

    HOUSTON – Freudenberg has agreed to acquire Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd., a manufacturer of specialized seals for the upstream oil and gas industry.

    The deal is expected to close on Jan. 3, 2011.
