Triton secures Australian ROV contract

Total Marine Technologies has contracted Perry Slingsby Systems to supply a 3,000m Triton XLX ROV system.

ABERDEEN, UK -- Total Marine Technologies has contracted Perry Slingsby Systems to supply a 3,000m Triton XLX ROV system.

The system is equipped with ICE® net controls, a heavy-weather launch and recovery system, and a 650m excursion tether management unit. Delivery is planned for August.

PSS will provide interface and installation services from its Asia-Pacific base in Singapore. The ROV will be deployed in TMT / Sapura’s global operations and will be supported by PSS from its service centers in Aberdeen, Singapore, Houston and Brazil.
