(Aberdeen) Apache North Sea has contracted PSL Energy Services for coiled tubing and fluid pumping on platform-drilled wells in the Forties field. As part of the £10 m, two-year campaign, PSL's new Wireline Services division will also undertake light intervention work.

The two companies' working relationship dates back to 2003, when Apache acquired Forties from BP. Late last year, PSL performed hydraulic workovers on seven Forties Echo wells.
