Clean water for Moho Bilondo

Moho Bilondo FPU to incorporate Crudesep produced water treatment equipment

Offshore staff

(Congo) Total has contracted Cetco Oilfield Services for water treatment equipment for its new Moho Bilondo floating production unit offshore Congo. Under the $324,000 contract, the Aberdeen-based company will supply a 72-in. diameter CrudeSep package, currently under construction in Indonesia.

Once in situ, the equipment will treat water produced onboard the FPU at a flow rate of 12,000 cu m/d, ensuring a discharge of less than 30 ppm oil in water. Cetco will also provide internals, exterior nozzles and project management services.
