Insituform Technologies Inc. has acquired The Bayou Companies (TBC).

NEW IBERIA -- Insituform Technologies Inc. has acquired The Bayou Companies (TBC). The acquisition includes Commercial Coating Services International Ltd. (CCSI), Bayou Welding Works (BWW), and Bayou's minority ownership in Bayou Coating LLC.
