UTRECHT, Netherlands -- Oranje-Nassau has signed an agreement to sell its oil and gas activities to a Dyas-led consortium composed of ONH, Dyas UK, and a Japanese international trading and investment firm. The net price for the transaction is $866 million.
This transaction should be closed by the end of the month, the company says.
