Offshore staff
CALGARY, Canada -- Bow Valley Energy's shareholders and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta have each approved the arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) under which Dana Petroleum (E&P) will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Bow Valley.
Provided all of the other conditions of the arrangement are satisfied or waived, closing of the arrangement is expected to take place at or before the end of April.
