LONDON -- Gasol is now in a direct joint venture agreement (JVA) with Sociedad Nacional de Gas, GE (SONAGAS), the national gas company of Equatorial Guinea, after African Gas Development Corp. (AFGAS) assigned its rights and obligations under the JVA to Gasol as per the disclosure in the company's June 2008 Admission Document.
