ABERDEEN, UK -- Sensornet, Swellfix, and Well Technology have created a parent company named Tendeka. The new company aims to consolidate specialist solutions for increased efficiency in well completions and production.
Tendeka, through its three subsidiaries, employs 100 people across a network of 18 regional bases, located in hubs including the North Sea, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
"Our goal is to build a global technology company with quality, breadth of product range, international capabilities, and a strong local reach," says Neale Carter, Tendeka's CEO. Bringing these companies into the Tendeka family will give cost savings to our clients, an improved service offering and on the ground technical capabilities with regional knowledge."
