THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- China Offshore Oilfield Engineering, through Bluewhale Offshore Engineering Technology, has awarded CTC Marine contracts totaling $38 million for ploughing work on the LeDong project offshore China, as well as inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR); installation; and construction support.
