Weather completes acquisition of OFS enterprises

GENEVA, Switzerland -- Following approval by Russia’s Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, TNK-BP has completed the sale of its Oil Field Services (OFS) enterprises to Weatherford International. Under terms of the transaction, Weatherford has acquired ten companies.
The OFS companies provide services ranging from drilling, well workover, and cementing services in West Siberia, East Siberia, and the Volga-Urals region.
