Seamar acquires SeaQuest Diving

HOUSTON -- Seamar has acquired SeaQuest Diving. The transaction includes the purchase of SeaQuest’s dive support vessel M/V SeaQuest I, which will be renamed DSV Seadiver.
“The purchase of SeaQuest Diving further demonstrates our commitment to becoming the premiere shallow water subsea construction service provider in the Gulf of Mexico,” says Eloy Anaya, president and CEO of Seamar. “With this move we have doubled our size and we look forward to servicing more customers.”
