BANGKOK, Thailand -- PTTEP has signed a $35-million sales and purchase agreement with Stuart Petroleum and Albers Group to acquire a 100% interest in block AC/P33, offshore Australia. The block, also known as Oliver field, covers 421 sq km (163 sq mi).
