DALLAS -- Ensco International’s stockholders have approved a plan to change the company's corporate structure. Effective Dec. 23, Ensco's parent company legal domicile will change from the US to the UK.
The new parent company name will be named Ensco International plc. In 1Q 2010, the company will relocate several of its executive officers to a new global headquarters in London.
