UMW Deepnautic JV to target Asia subsea market

KUALA LUMPUR -- UMW Oil & Gas and SWG Offshore International have formed UMW Deepnautic. The joint venture company will target subsea and deepwater installation projects in Southeast Asia.

UMW Deepnautic is incorporated in Singapore and Malaysia.
