Bayou Companies reports death of VP

Mike Kress, VP of sales and marketing at The Bayou Companies has died, the company reports.

CHESTERFIELD, Missouri -- Mike Kress, VP of sales and marketing at The Bayou Companies has died, the company reports.

Kress was an active member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) Foundation and the Southern Gas Association (SGA), where he served as Chairman of the Associate Members’ Managing Committee and on the SGA Board of Directors for three terms. His extensive knowledge of Bayou and the energy and mining industry was invaluable to Bayou during the integration following the acquisition of Bayou by Insituform. Kress was an active and enthusiastic participant in the annual Bayou Crawfish Boil and Golf Tournament and the Martini Golf Tournament.

Kress was predeceased by his son Kenneth Eugene Kress and is survived by his wife of 46 years, Judy Duncan Kress, and daughter Pamela Kay Kress.
