ADELAIDE, Australia -- Fugro has agreed to acquire Tenix LADS from Tenix Pty Ltd.
Tenix LADS is a provider of airborne hydrographic services using lasers to measure water depths. The company employs around 60 people and is based in Adelaide, Australia with field offices in Cairns, Australia and Biloxi, Mississippi.
The acquisition is scheduled for completion in the third quarter. Tenix LADS will be renamed Fugro LADS and will become part of Fugro’s offshore survey business line.
