Rolls-Royce has acquired a 33% stake in ODIM from Aker Solutions ASA.

HAREID, Norway -- Rolls-Royce has acquired a 33% stake in ODIM from Aker Solutions ASA. The acquisition is pending clearance by Norwegian competition authorities.
