HOUSTON -- RPSEA has issued the first round of request for proposals (RFPs) for its Ultra-Deepwater Program. The RFPs are posted on RPSEA's website. Individuals are invited to submit a proposal in response to these RFPs and should review the documents and instructions. Proposals are due on March 3, 2009, at 4 p.m., Central Time, to allow for electronic receipt processing.
Questions regarding the Unconventional Resources and Small Producer RFPs must be in writing and directed to Contracts Director Wiley Wells by e-mail at[email protected]; the period is open 35 calendar days from date of issue, ending on Jan. 27, 2009; after this date, the question/answer period is closed; all questions and answers will be posted to RPSEA's website.
Projects are expected to begin this summer, following contract awards.
