Offshore staff

CARACAS, Venezuela -- Vinccler Oil and Gas has terminated an agreement to acquire a 30% working interest in the offshore natural gas license Cardon III block from Chevron Corp.

According to the terms of the agreement, Chevron will reimburse all amounts paid by Vinccler, plus interest.
