Pertamina takes stake in BMG

ROC Oil subsidiary Anzon Australia has sold 10% of its interest in three production licenses off the state of Victoria to PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Australia.

SYDNEY, Australia -- ROC Oil subsidiary Anzon Australia has sold 10% of its interest in three production licenses off the state of Victoria to PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Australia.

Licenses VIC/L26, VIC/L27, and VIC/L28 include the Basker-Manta-Gummy (BMG) offshore development project. Anzon received $31.5 million for the transaction.

The company remains operator of BMG. Other partners are Beach Petroleum, CIECO Exploration (Australia), and Sojitz Energy Australia.
