OSLO -- Aker Solutions has signed a partnership agreement with the Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre (ACEC) to support its plans to grow in the engineering services market in Saudi Arabia.
The partnership will enable Aker Solutions to further expand its current engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business by working with Sheikh Bugshan, the owner of ACEC, to form a separate joint venture for the execution of In-Kingdom EPC projects.
Aker Solutions will provide managerial and technical support to expand ACEC's engineering services business.
