National Oilwell Varco acquires Enerflow Industries

National Oilwell Varco has completed the purchase of Enerflow Industries Inc.

HOUSTON– National Oilwell Varco has completed the purchase of Enerflow Industries Inc., a Canada-based fabricator and manufacturer of pressure pumping, blending, cementing, and other service equipment.
Enerflow will join NOV’s other pressure pumping brands, Rolligon and Appco, within the pressure pumping equipment division.
