NOV completes purchase of NKT Flexibles

Subsea 7 and NKT Holding have completed the sale of NKT Flexibles to National Oilwell Varco.

LUXEMBOURG – Subsea 7 and NKT Holding have completed the sale of NKT Flexibles to National Oilwell Varco.

This follows a conditional agreement announced early in February.
