OSLO, Norway –AF Gruppen has agreed to acquire 90% of the shares in 5D Group, a supplier of offshore engineering, electrical, and instrumentation services.
5D Group employs 60 personnel at bases in Arendal, Brevik, Kristiansand, and Karmøy, Norway.
AF Gruppen services offshore construction and decommissioning projects, and aims to become a major engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning specialist.
