Shell orders extra accommodation for Draugen platform

Hertel Offshore has been awarded an EPC contract for delivery of additional living quarters for Norske Shell’s Draugen complex in the Norwegian Sea.

ROTTERDAM, the Netherlands – Hertel Offshore has been awarded an EPC contract for delivery of additional living quarters for Norske Shell’s Draugen complex in the Norwegian Sea.

The living quarters will accommodate 44 personnel, and will be designed according to Norway’s Norsok standards. This is a fasttrack project, with delivery scheduled for May 2013. Construction will be performed at Hertel Offshore’s yard in Rotterdam.
