HOUSTON –Bureau Veritas has acquired TH Hill. Hill provides oil and gas drilling failure prevention and analysis.
Hill has developed a global standard for drillstring design, manufacture, operation and inspection, and for certification of drilling specialty tools.
“The addition of TH Hill to the Bureau Veritas organization has provided a unique opportunity to further expand our conformity assessment and quality assurance services to the oil and gas industry,” said Pedro Guimaraes, executive vice president, Industry & Facilities, The Americas, for Bureau Veritas.
This comes on the heels of Bureau Veritas’ acquisition of Acme Labs and its multi-element geochemistry and minerals testing laboratories.
