EnQuest brings in Fabricom for Thistle overhaul

NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE, UK – EnQuest Britain has contracted Fabricom Offshore Services for modification and upgrade services in the UK northern North Sea.

These are part of a project to extend the operating life of the Thistle Alpha platform, 275 mi (442 km) north-northeast of Aberdeen, and form part of EnQuest’s Late Life Extension strategy.

Fabricom will dedicate a team of engineers from its engineering office in Newcastle.
