Cal Dive, Fugro join for vessel charter

HOUSTON –Cal Dive International Inc. (NYSE:DVR) and Fugro have entered into a partnership for the long-term charter of the DP-2 Toisa Paladin dive support vessel.
The agreement with Toisa Pte Ltd. has a three-year term with two six-month extensions.
Cal Dive also has entered a three-year frame agreement with an unnamed operator and expects this to keep the vessel in use through the end of the year.
