HOUSTON – Blackhawk Specialty Tools LLC has completed its acquisition of Trinity Tool Rentals LLC, including its wholly owned subsidiary Blake Manufacturing LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Blackhawk Specialty Tools is headquartered in Houston, and provides automated top-drive cement heads and other related cementation products and services.
Trinity Tool Rentals designs, rents, and sells drilling and completion equipment and wireline service providers for onshore and offshore use. Trinity Tool Rentals’ product offerings include setting tools, packers, bridge plugs and cement retainers.
Headquartered in Gray, Louisiana, with operation centers in Broussard, Louisiana, and Corpus Christi, Texas, Trinity operates throughout theGulf of Mexico, the continental US, and internationally. Blake Manufacturing is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
Harvey Sharp III, president and CEO of Trinity, will lead the new Trinity Tool division of Blackhawk Specialty Tools, along with the current senior management team.
