HOUSTON -- The Proserv Group has acquired Norwegian-based PsiPro AS, a provider of test and control systems to international oil and gas markets.
The existing management team, including its co-founders, will continue to support and lead PsiPro operations, working together with Proserv's test and control systems strategic business unit.
"Our goal is to become a leading international company within our selected product segments, so the acquisition of PsiPro is strategically important for the Proserv Group," says Arve Sem-Henriksen, Proserv Group CEO and president. "In particular, we are actively working on plans to expand the range of services and capabilities that we offer to the UK sector."
